The hotel is in a great location directly on the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore attractions. Unfortunately, the elevators were slow during peak times, causing some inconvenience. The rooftop pool was fantastic with stunning views, and the kickback with free drinks is a nice touch.

The rooftop offers stunning views that make you feel like royalty. The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast buffet hits the spot with plenty of tasty options.
The room had a bit of a muggy vibe and could use some fresh air.

Exceptional service all around. From check-in to check-out, every staff member impressed with professionalism. Derek set a welcoming tone at the front desk, while Gary and Brian provided attentive service during meals. Loved the breakfast selection and enjoyed the pool. food allergy concerns arose. Plain eggs next to bacon are risky, and communication about food safety needs improvement. Parking fees are unreasonable; better to include them in room rates for transparency. The room showed signs of wear, lacking a refresh—shabby furniture and poor lighting detracted from the experience. Still, the staff's demeanor had us feeling loyal. High expectations now set for our next stays. Keep it up.

Rooftop pool offers amazing views of the skyline, perfect for relaxation. Elevators are very slow, so I recommend planning ahead for that.

I had a pretty rough time with the food situation. My sister has a severe meat allergy, and the staff seemed clueless about cross-contamination. It felt frustrating and unsafe—definitely killed our appetite for the included meals.

The hotel is right across the street from the Riverwalk, making it super easy for my son and me to stroll along the waterway and discover fantastic dining spots like Biga on the Banks and Iron Cactus, all while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere; plus, the delicious complimentary breakfast and evening snacks made our stay even better! It’s also just a short walk to iconic landmarks like the San Fernando De Bexar Cathedral and the Historic Market Square, giving us plenty to explore; however, the elevators took a while during busy times, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent views. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows felt cheap. Temperature control was inconsistent; at times, the air was too hot despite the vent running continuously. Noise from outside was noticeable, even on the 20th floor. The bathroom was a good size, but more robe hooks would be helpful. Indoor pool surfaces felt slippery, indicating a safety issue. Breakfast service was chaotic, with confusion over the buffet setup. The complimentary evening drinks were a nice touch, with attentive staff enhancing the overall experience.

I felt like a VIP at SeaWorld with up-close animal encounters and free meals. The Teller's Bar was a fantastic hangout spot with a breathtaking view from the renovated skyscraper.
I just loved losing my belongings to the valet service's magic tricks.

The location is perfect, close to all the attractions. The kids loved the rooftop pool and we appreciated the free breakfast and drinks.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was worth the cost.

The kickback happy hour was a delightful surprise, with food that could easily substitute for dinner. I loved the rooftop pool and the classy yet nostalgic lobby with stained glass. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty options, and the staff was consistently friendly. parking was frustrating; I had issues with the valet service being slow and confusing, and the room's air conditioning was not reliable. Though I appreciated the amenities, improvements are definitely needed for the parking process and room comfort. All in all, it was a solid experience with room for growth.

The free breakfast and evening meals were satisfying, and the rooftop hot tub provided a relaxing experience with a great view. The hotel's central location near the riverwalk made it convenient to explore the city on foot.
The valet parking fee was unexpectedly high, and the lack of cleanliness in the rooftop spa tubs was disappointing. Additionally, the inconsistency in room service and unresponsive front desk communication marred the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile on their faces. One particular employee stood out for his exceptional service at the restaurant, bar, and during breakfast. His positive attitude and dedication to customer care really made a difference for us. The location of the hotel by the Riverwalk was fantastic, offering easy access to the vibrant area nearby. The vintage car in the lobby added a unique touch to the hotel's ambiance, contributing to its overall charm. there were some aspects of our stay that could use improvement. The valet parking service, while convenient, was slow and inefficient. We often had to wait for long periods to retrieve our vehicle, and on one occasion, our car was even misplaced, causing a significant inconvenience. the noise levels in the rooms were higher than expected, with traffic sounds and elevator noises disrupting our sleep. The room furniture showed signs of wear and would benefit from renovation to enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal. While the breakfast offered was good, it ended earlier than we would have preferred, limiting our relaxation time in the morning.

The roller coasters like Iron Rattler and Superman were thrilling! The water slides at White Water Bay were a hit with the kids. Lots of fun for the whole family!
My wife says that a kids' play area at the hotel would be ideal.

Great location near the River Walk, with direct underground access. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks during the evening happy hour. The rooftop pool provided a nice place to relax.
Limited parking options, with only valet service available at a high daily rate. Some issues reported with the valet service including long wait times and difficulties retrieving vehicles.

We hit up Six Flags Fiesta Texas and it was LIT! So many sick rides and roller coasters, we screamed our lungs out! Plus, the hotel snacks and rooftop pool were clutch after a wild day!
Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for late-night parties near the hotel! .

The view from the 23rd-floor pool during sunset was breathtaking. However, the water was smaller than expected and quite crowded, making it less relaxing. Overall I had a good stay with some minor inconveniences.

My fiance and I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Alamo. We loved being able to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Sylvia and Andrew at the front desk. The 5:30 Kickback and breakfast were delicious, catering to our foodie tastes. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and a huge bathroom. We will definitely be returning for our future visits to San Antonio!
No room service or on-site bar/restaurant.
